The first milestone in the construction of our building was to remove the fallen stones from the ruin. With our strong workawayers we managed to clean up the ruin within two months. Furthermore, while preserving an old love, we also aim for sustainability. Going for resources and materials that mainly come from our geographical area and surrounding when doing stone- and woodwork.

Once the foundation was set, we started constructing the walls. Our team used traditional techniques and materials to maintain the historical charm and authenticity of the palazzo.
